A drunken American and his Russian girlfriend caused a scene at a Moscow fast food restaurant during Trump's inauguration.
While drinking vodka, they argued over who was better: Trump or Biden.
According to SHOT, 44-year-old American John Jordan invited 31-year-old Russian Ruslana to "Cheburechnaya USSR" on Sretensky Street in central Moscow. The pair arrived in the evening, purchasing two bottles of vodka and takeaway chebureks.
Staff reported that while waiting for their order, they began drinking. They ended up staying for around four hours, consuming all the vodka. The couple communicated in English, with a tipsy Jordan promising to marry Ruslana. However, when the discussion turned to the inauguration of the 47th President of the United States, John lost his temper, shouting that it would have been better if Biden had been left in office, while Ruslana supported Trump.
The argument escalated out of control. John began yelling loudly, and soon they were tossing items around the venue. Unable to calm the unruly patrons, the staff called the police and an ambulance. It was later discovered that the couple had also used drugs at their table. Both the American and his girlfriend were transported to a toxicology unit due to poisoning.
